Cum funcționează
Pe Licitatii24 oamenii vând și cumpără lucruri prin licitație. Vânzătorul pune un preț de pornire, cumpărătorii oferă mai mult, iar cine oferă cel mai mult la final cumpără. Bunul și banii se schimbă direct între cei doi, la predare.
Cele trei sume, pe înțelesul tuturor
Vânzătorul pune:
- Prețul de pornire – suma minimă de la care începe licitația. Obligatoriu.
- „Cumpără acum” – prețul la care e gata să vândă pe loc, fără să aștepte. Opțional.
- Prețul de rezervă – un minim ascuns sub care nu vinde. Opțional.
Cumpărătorul pune:
- Suma maximă pe care e gata să o plătească. Sistemul licitează în locul lui, puțin câte puțin, doar cât e nevoie ca să rămână primul. Plătește cât s-a ajuns, nu neapărat tot maximul.
Exemplu. Ana vinde o bicicletă: preț de pornire 500 lei, „Cumpără acum” 900 lei. Ion pune suma maximă 700. Dacă nimeni nu mai oferă, Ion cumpără cu 500. Dacă Maria oferă 600, sistemul pune automat 625 pentru Ion. Dacă Maria vrea bicicleta sigur, apasă „Cumpără acum” și plătește 900, iar licitația se încheie.
Cumperi în 3 pași
Cauți sau răsfoiești categoriile. Pe fiecare anunț vezi prețul curent, câte oferte sunt și cât timp a mai rămas.
Scrii suma cea mai mare pe care ești dispus să o plătești. Sistemul licitează pentru tine doar cât e nevoie ca să rămâi în frunte. Dacă te depășește cineva, afli imediat.
La încheiere primești telefonul și emailul vânzătorului. Vă vedeți, verifici bunul și plătești direct, la predare.
Vinzi în 3 pași
Poze, o descriere sinceră, prețul de pornire și durata, de la 1 la 10 zile. Durează 2 minute.
Cumpărătorii licitează, tu primești notificări. Descrierea e singura lor sursă de informații, așa că scrie-o complet, cu toate defectele.
La final vezi contactele câștigătorului. Stabiliți predarea, el îți plătește direct.
Întrebări frecvente
Ce înseamnă „preț de pornire”?
Suma de la care începe licitația. Prima ofertă trebuie să fie cel puțin atât.
Ce înseamnă „ofertă maximă”?
Cea mai mare sumă pe care ești dispus să o plătești. Nu o vede nimeni. Exemplu: pui 500 lei. Dacă nimeni nu mai oferă, cumperi la prețul de pornire, nu la 500. Dacă altcineva oferă 300, sistemul pune automat 310 pentru tine, și tot așa, dar niciodată peste 500.
Ce e „prețul de rezervă”?
O sumă minimă ascunsă, sub care vânzătorul nu vinde. Pe anunț scrie dacă există și dacă a fost atinsă. Când oferta maximă a cuiva o acoperă, prețul urcă automat la nivelul rezervei, ca să fie clar pentru toți că bunul se vinde. Dacă la final nu e atinsă, bunul nu se vinde.
Ce înseamnă „Cumpără acum”?
Un preț la care poți lua bunul pe loc, fără să aștepți sfârșitul licitației. Trimiți cererea, vânzătorul o aprobă și licitația se încheie.
Când se încheie licitația?
La ziua și ora scrise pe anunț. Dacă cineva oferă în ultimele 2 minute, licitația se prelungește cu 2 minute, ca toți să poată răspunde.
Pot retrage o ofertă?
Nu. O ofertă e un angajament: dacă la final a ta e cea mai mare, cumperi. Cine nu își respectă angajamentul primește un avertisment, iar la al doilea contul este blocat.
Cum plătesc și cum primesc bunul?
Direct cu vânzătorul, nu prin site. După încheiere, fiecare primește contactele celuilalt. Vă vedeți, verifici bunul și plătești la predare. Nu plăti niciodată în avans.
Cine îmi vede numele și telefonul?
Nimeni, până nu se încheie o licitație. Pe site apari ca #număr. Doar câștigătorul și vânzătorul își văd datele unul altuia.
Cât costă?
În perioada de lansare, nimic: nici pentru vânzător, nici pentru cumpărător.Vânzătorul nu plătește nimic. Câștigătorul plătește platformei 5% din preț (minim 20, maxim 500 lei), după care primește contactul vânzătorului.
Ce sunt „Licitațiile instituțiilor”?
Anunțuri ale statului, primăriilor, băncilor, executorilor judecătorești și lichidatorilor, adunate de noi într-un singur loc. La ele participi la organizator, după regulile lui. Noi doar le arătăm, cu link către anunțul original.
Am o problemă cu un vânzător sau cu un cumpărător.
Pe fiecare anunț există „Raportează”. După o tranzacție, cele două părți pot lăsa evaluări una alteia, iar cine nu se prezintă la predare poate fi semnalat.

How it works
On Licitatii24 people sell and buy things by auction. The seller sets a starting price, buyers offer more, and whoever offers the most at the end buys. The item and the money change hands directly between the two, at handover.
The three amounts, for everyone
The seller sets:
- Starting price – the minimum the auction starts from. Required.
- “Buy now” – the price at which they are ready to sell right away. Optional.
- Reserve price – a hidden minimum below which they do not sell. Optional.
The buyer sets:
- The maximum amount they are ready to pay. The system bids for them, bit by bit, only as much as needed to stay first. They pay what the price reached, not necessarily the whole maximum.
Example. Ana sells a bicycle: starting price 500 lei, “Buy now” 900 lei. Ion sets a maximum of 700. If nobody else bids, Ion buys at 500. If Maria bids 600, the system automatically bids 625 for Ion. If Maria wants the bicycle for sure, she presses “Buy now”, pays 900 and the auction ends.
Buying in 3 steps
Search or browse the categories. On every listing you see the current price, how many bids there are and how much time is left.
Enter the highest amount you are willing to pay. The system bids for you only as much as needed to keep you in front. If someone outbids you, you find out right away.
When it ends you get the seller’s phone and email. You meet, check the item and pay directly at handover.
Selling in 3 steps
Photos, an honest description, the starting price and the duration, 1 to 10 days. It takes 2 minutes.
Buyers bid, you get notifications. The description is their only source of information, so write it in full, defects included.
At the end you see the winner’s contact details. You arrange the handover and they pay you directly.
Frequently asked questions
What is the “starting price”?
The amount the auction starts from. The first bid must be at least that.
What is a “maximum bid”?
The highest amount you are willing to pay. Nobody sees it. Example: you set 500 lei. If nobody else bids, you buy at the starting price, not at 500. If someone bids 300, the system automatically bids 310 for you, and so on, but never above 500.
What is the “reserve price”?
A hidden minimum below which the seller will not sell. The listing says whether there is one and whether it has been reached. When someone's maximum bid covers it, the price automatically rises to the reserve, so everyone can see the item will sell. If it is not reached at the end, the item is not sold.
What does “Buy now” mean?
A price at which you can take the item right away, without waiting for the auction to end. You send the request, the seller approves it and the auction ends.
When does the auction end?
On the day and time shown on the listing. If someone bids in the last 2 minutes, the auction is extended by 2 minutes so everyone can respond.
Can I withdraw a bid?
No. A bid is a commitment: if yours is the highest at the end, you buy. Whoever does not honour it gets a warning, and on the second one the account is blocked.
How do I pay and receive the item?
Directly with the seller, not through the site. After the auction ends, each of you receives the other’s contact details. You meet, check the item and pay at handover. Never pay in advance.
Who sees my name and phone number?
Nobody, until an auction ends. On the site you appear as #number. Only the winner and the seller see each other’s details.
What does it cost?
During the launch period, nothing: neither for the seller nor for the buyer.The seller pays nothing. The winner pays the platform 5% of the price (minimum 20, maximum 500 lei) and then receives the seller’s contact.
What are “Auctions by institutions”?
Notices from the state, town halls, banks, bailiffs and liquidators, gathered by us in one place. You take part with the organiser, under their rules. We only show them, with a link to the original notice.
I have a problem with a seller or a buyer.
Every listing has “Report”. After a transaction, both parties can rate each other, and whoever does not show up at handover can be flagged.

Три суммы, понятно для всех
Продавец указывает:
- Стартовую цену – минимум, с которого начинается аукцион. Обязательно.
- «Купить сейчас» – цену, по которой он готов продать сразу. По желанию.
- Резервную цену – скрытый минимум, ниже которого он не продаёт. По желанию.
Покупатель указывает:
- Максимальную сумму, которую готов заплатить. Система торгуется за него понемногу, ровно настолько, чтобы он оставался первым. Платит столько, до скольки дошла цена, а не обязательно весь максимум.
Пример. Анна продаёт велосипед: стартовая цена 500 леев, «Купить сейчас» 900 леев. Ион ставит максимум 700. Если больше никто не торгуется, Ион покупает за 500. Если Мария ставит 600, система автоматически ставит за Иона 625. Если Мария хочет велосипед наверняка, она нажимает «Купить сейчас», платит 900, и аукцион завершается.

Ищете или просматриваете категории. В каждом объявлении видны текущая цена, число ставок и оставшееся время.
Указываете самую большую сумму, которую готовы заплатить. Система торгуется за вас ровно настолько, чтобы вы оставались впереди. Если вас перебили, вы узнаёте сразу.
После завершения вы получаете телефон и email продавца. Встречаетесь, проверяете вещь и платите напрямую при передаче.
Продажа в 3 шага
Фото, честное описание, стартовая цена и длительность от 1 до 10 дней. Это занимает 2 минуты.
Покупатели торгуются, вы получаете уведомления. Описание — их единственный источник информации, поэтому пишите его полно, со всеми недостатками.
В конце вы видите контакты победителя. Договариваетесь о передаче, он платит вам напрямую.

Что такое «стартовая цена»?
Сумма, с которой начинается аукцион. Первая ставка должна быть не меньше неё.
Что такое «максимальная ставка»?
Самая большая сумма, которую вы готовы заплатить. Её никто не видит. Пример: вы ставите 500 леев. Если больше никто не торгуется, вы покупаете по стартовой цене, а не за 500. Если кто-то ставит 300, система автоматически ставит за вас 310, и так далее, но никогда выше 500.
Что такое «резервная цена»?
Скрытый минимум, ниже которого продавец не продаёт. В объявлении указано, есть ли она и достигнута ли. Когда чья-то максимальная ставка её покрывает, цена автоматически поднимается до уровня резерва, чтобы всем было ясно, что вещь будет продана. Если в конце она не достигнута, вещь не продаётся.
Что значит «Купить сейчас»?
Цена, по которой можно забрать вещь сразу, не дожидаясь конца аукциона. Вы отправляете запрос, продавец одобряет, и аукцион завершается.
Когда завершается аукцион?
В день и час, указанные в объявлении. Если кто-то делает ставку в последние 2 минуты, аукцион продлевается на 2 минуты, чтобы все могли ответить.
Можно ли отозвать ставку?
Нет. Ставка — это обязательство: если в конце ваша ставка самая высокая, вы покупаете. Кто не выполняет обязательство, получает предупреждение, а после второго аккаунт блокируется.
Как платить и как получить вещь?
Напрямую с продавцом, не через сайт. После завершения каждый получает контакты другого. Встречаетесь, проверяете вещь и платите при передаче. Никогда не платите заранее.
Кто видит моё имя и телефон?
Никто, пока аукцион не завершён. На сайте вы видны как #номер. Только победитель и продавец видят данные друг друга.
Сколько это стоит?
В период запуска — ничего: ни продавцу, ни покупателю.Продавец ничего не платит. Победитель платит платформе 5% от цены (минимум 20, максимум 500 леев), после чего получает контакты продавца.
Что такое «Торги учреждений»?
Объявления государства, примэрий, банков, судебных исполнителей и ликвидаторов, собранные нами в одном месте. В них вы участвуете у организатора, по его правилам. Мы только показываем их со ссылкой на оригинал.
У меня проблема с продавцом или покупателем.
В каждом объявлении есть «Пожаловаться». После сделки стороны могут оценить друг друга, а того, кто не явился на передачу, можно отметить.
