Pentru vânzători

1. Publici anunțul gratuit, cu fotografii, descriere, preț de pornire și, opțional, un preț de rezervă ascuns.
2. Licitația durează 1 până la 10 zile. Orice ofertă în ultimele 2 minute o prelungește cu încă 2 minute, ca să nu câștige nimeni „în ultima secundă”.
3. La final, dacă există oferte și rezerva e atinsă, bunul e vândut celei mai mari oferte. Ești obligat să îl predai la acel preț.
4. Primești contactul cumpărătorului după ce acesta achită comisionul platformei. Plata bunului o primești direct de la el, la predare.

Un anunț fără oferte poate fi retras oricând. Un anunț cu oferte nu mai poate fi retras.

Pentru cumpărători

1. Pui oferta ta maximă. Sistemul licitează în numele tău, pas cu pas, doar cât e nevoie ca să rămâi în frunte. Nimeni nu vede maximul tău.
2. Dacă cineva pune un maxim mai mare, ești anunțat și poți licita din nou. La egalitate câștigă cel care a pus maximul primul.
3. Când câștigi, plătești platformei comisionul (vezi mai jos) prin transfer bancar sau MIA, în 48 de ore, cu codul de referință afișat în cont.
4. După confirmarea plății primești numele și telefonul vânzătorului. Vă întâlniți și plătești bunul direct lui.

Oferta e un angajament. Dacă nu achiți comisionul la termen, lotul trece la următorul licitant, primești un avertisment, iar la al doilea avertisment contul e blocat.

Încredere și siguranță

• Fiecare cont are nume, telefon și email. Contactele se dezvăluie doar celeilalte părți, după încheierea tranzacției.
• Pentru oferte peste 20.000 lei este necesară verificarea identității de către administrator.
• Istoricul ofertelor e public, cu numele mascate.
• Vânzătorii care nu predau bunul și cumpărătorii care nu plătesc sunt blocați.
• La întâlnire, verifică bunul înainte să plătești. Platforma nu răspunde pentru starea bunurilor, dar blochează conturile care înșală.

For sellers

1. You publish the listing for free, with photos, a description, a starting price and, optionally, a hidden reserve price.
2. The auction runs 1 to 10 days. Any bid in the last 2 minutes extends it by another 2 minutes, so nobody wins "at the last second".
3. At the end, if there are bids and the reserve is met, the item is sold to the highest bid. You are obliged to hand it over at that price.
4. You receive the buyer's contact once they pay the platform fee. You receive the payment for the item directly from them, on handover.

A listing without bids can be withdrawn at any time. A listing with bids can no longer be withdrawn.

For buyers

1. You enter your maximum bid. The system bids on your behalf, step by step, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead. Nobody sees your maximum.
2. If someone enters a higher maximum, you are notified and can bid again. On a tie, whoever set the maximum first wins.
3. When you win, you pay the platform fee (see below) by bank transfer or MIA within 48 hours, using the reference code shown in your account.
4. After the payment is confirmed you receive the seller's name and phone. You meet and pay for the item directly.

A bid is a commitment. If you don't pay the fee on time, the lot passes to the next bidder, you get a warning, and on the second warning the account is blocked.

Trust and safety

• Every account has a name, phone and email. Contacts are revealed only to the other party, after the transaction is concluded.
• Bids above 20,000 lei require identity verification by the administrator.
• The bid history is public, with masked names.
• Sellers who don't hand over the item and buyers who don't pay are blocked.
• Inspect the item before paying. The platform is not liable for the condition of items, but blocks accounts that cheat.

1. Вы указываете максимальную ставку. Система торгуется от вашего имени шаг за шагом, ровно настолько, чтобы вы оставались лидером. Ваш максимум никто не видит.
2. Если кто-то укажет больший максимум, вы получите уведомление и сможете сделать новую ставку. При равенстве побеждает тот, кто указал максимум раньше.
3. Когда вы выигрываете, вы оплачиваете комиссию платформы (см. ниже) банковским переводом или через MIA в течение 48 часов, указав код из вашего аккаунта.
4. После подтверждения оплаты вы получаете имя и телефон продавца. Вы встречаетесь и платите за лот напрямую ему.

Ставка — это обязательство. Если вы не оплатите комиссию вовремя, лот перейдёт к следующему участнику, вы получите предупреждение, а после второго предупреждения аккаунт блокируется.
